Staging for Life

We provided Staging for Life Services to the Lathrop Family recently, where we worked with most of their owned furnishings and accessories (and selected/provided some additional pieces as well) to shape their Home into an environment that fits their style, entertaining, and living. Below are before and after photos which reveal a nice transformation.
This divided space was use for Homework/computing and media-book storage, while it is also a travel path from one room to another in view of the Kitchen and Family room:

We employed organization techniques custom to the Lathrops needs and setup and revised the space to function and be inviting as well:

This bookcase area benefited from organized file baskets to give quick access to media and provide an attractive decor while maintaining function:

Catching Up…

We have some catching up to do here, so we are posting some applications of our work in the Tampa Bay area.

We were commissioned to transform an unfurnished 3 bedroom townhouse into a stunning Home for Sale:

This is a great example of how professionally staging a room makes it appear larger… both photos are using the same lens and angle…doesnt the empty space appear smaller than the completed version? The photos tell the story of the amazing effect Staging can produce. In addition to this, the MLS listing for this property is receiving 6 times the amount of Buyer inquiry traffic since the Listing photos were updated from the empty look to the Staged version.

Here’s the Master Bedroom before and after:
